Blue Chip Fit is a firm believer in the importance of establishing 'going-in' benchmarks as bases for conducting 'regularly scheduled' progress reports (every 6 weeks) so timely, appropriate adjustments can be made in specific training programs.

At the outset, body fat determination using two well-respected protocols, blood pressure, resting heart rate as well as strength, flexibility and endurance measures are taken.

These data serve to tailor an aerobic/anaerobic exercise regimen for you to succeed in building muscle strength, increasing flexibility/balance and enhancing cardio-respiratory endurance.
